A functional training session designed by CICLO Studio to activate the body, raise energy and prepare the mind for a comprehensive wellness experience.
11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Recovery & Hydration Experience
A space designed by Spa Ceylon to promote physical recovery through hydration, aromatherapy and an environment designed to begin to slow down.
12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Coastal Lunch
Lunch in front of the estuary with a gastronomic proposal designed to complement the wellness experience.
1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
